2. Consumer Protections & Age of Capacity

Nothing in these Terms compromises or limits any statutory rights you may enjoy as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into contracts on our website.

3. Orders & Payment Cards

• All orders are priced, billed, and settled in Pound Sterling (GBP, £).
• We accept payment exclusively via Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Other payment options are not supported.
• Card payments may be subject to validation and fraud-prevention checks by your card issuer and payment processor prior to order fulfillment.

4. Delivery, Statutory Cancellation & 28-Day Returns

• Complimentary Delivery: Standard shipping is Free across the United Kingdom. Order handling takes 1–2 business days (order cut-off: 2:00 PM UK time); courier transit requires 3–7 business days (estimated total delivery: 4–9 business days).
• Statutory Right to Cancel (First 14 Days): Under UK law, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of physical delivery without providing a reason. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; however, if handling exceeds what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the chair (resulting in diminished value), a deduction may be applied in accordance with applicable consumer law.
• Extended Voluntary Return Policy (Days 15–28): Beyond your statutory 14-day cancellation window, we extend an additional voluntary return window up to 28 calendar days from delivery. During days 15 to 28, returned chairs must be in brand new, unused, unassembled condition, complete in their original protective packaging, and suitable for resale.
• Statutory Rights Protected: These return conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
• Free Return Shipping: Returns are free of charge by post using the pre-printed return shipping label included in your parcel. There are zero restocking fees (£0.00).
• Refund Timetable: Once we receive your returned chair, we aim to inspect it and process the applicable refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa or Mastercard).
