Delivery Overview

We provide free standard delivery throughout the United Kingdom. Our normal delivery schedule is:

• Order cut-off: 2:00 PM UK time on business days;
• Handling time: 1–2 business days;
• Courier transit time: 3–7 business days; and
• Estimated total delivery: 4–9 business days for orders placed before the daily cut-off.

Returns Overview

We offer a 28-day return period from delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Return shipping using our designated prepaid return method is free (£0.00), and we do not charge a restocking fee. UK consumers also have statutory cancellation and consumer rights which are not affected by our additional return policy.
